Healthy Guava Shake


Try this delicious and nutritious Guava shake. 


    Ingredients: 

     1/2 Large Ripe Guava
     Fresh Milk or Evaporated Milk
     Ice cream (Optional)
     Sugar
     Ice

    Procedures:

    First, cut guava into small pieces. Then, put guava, fresh milk and sugar in Blender (Shake for at least 3 mins.) Put ice and ice cream (shake for another 2 mins or until the ice completely crushed.) Drink it with your loveones!!

 Enjoy your Healthy Guava shake!!
