1 Whole chicken, cut into serving size
1 tablespoon of oil
1 whole onion
1/2 cup of water or more
3-4 pcs of pepper leaves or Laurel
1 teaspoon peppercorn
White Vinegar
Garlic
Soy sauce
Salt
Now, The Procedure:
- Fry the onion and garlic in skillet
- Next, You can add the chicken and cook until its turns golden brown
- Add the soy sauce, peppercorn and laurel leaves
- Cook for about 10 minutes or more, And If you think It's too dry, You can add some water arround 1/2 cup or vinegar instead of water.
- You can add other spices based on your taste
- Lastly, Cover the skillet and let it simmer until the chicken is tender
It's tasty and very delicious.. Yummy!
